How to do the Squats
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointing slightly outward
- Keep your chest up and core engaged
- Lower your hips back and down as if sitting into a chair
- Descend until thighs are parallel to the floor (or as deep as comfortable)
- Drive through your heels to return to standing
