How to do the Press-Up (McKenzie)

  1. Lie face down, hands flat by your shoulders
  2. Slowly press your upper body up, straightening arms
  3. Keep your hips on the floor
  4. Hold 2 seconds at the top
  5. Slowly lower

  • Should feel relief, not increased pain
