How to do the Terminal Knee Extension (TKE)

  1. Anchor a resistance band at knee height
  2. Loop it behind your injured knee
  3. Step back to create tension, knee slightly bent
  4. Push back to fully straighten the knee, locking it out
  5. Slowly return to bent position

  • Focus on the squeeze at full extension
  • Keep hips level
