How to do the Wall Sits

  1. Stand with your back flat against a wall
  2. Walk your feet out about 2 feet from the wall
  3. Slowly slide down until knees bent 45-60°
  4. Keep knees directly above ankles
  5. Hold for 20 seconds
  6. Slide back up slowly

Form tips

  • Don't go below 90° initially
  • Keep equal weight on both legs
  • Engage core throughout
