How to do the External Rotation with Band

  1. Anchor a band at elbow height
  2. Stand sideways to the anchor with injured side away
  3. Hold the band with elbow tucked at your side, bent 90°
  4. Rotate your forearm out away from your body
  5. Slowly return

  • Keep elbow glued to your side
  • Use a towel between elbow and body if needed
