How to do the Hip Flexor Stretch

  1. Kneel on one knee (use a pad for comfort)
  2. Other foot flat in front, knee bent 90°
  3. Tuck your tailbone under
  4. Gently push hips forward until you feel a stretch in the front of the kneeling thigh
  5. Hold 30 seconds, switch sides

Form tips

  • Squeeze the back glute to deepen
  • Don't arch lower back
