How to do the Hip Flexor Stretch
- Kneel on one knee (use a pad for comfort)
- Other foot flat in front, knee bent 90°
- Tuck your tailbone under
- Gently push hips forward until you feel a stretch in the front of the kneeling thigh
- Hold 30 seconds, switch sides
Form tips
- Squeeze the back glute to deepen
- Don't arch lower back
