How to do the Single Leg Bridge

  1. Lie on your back with both knees bent
  2. Lift one leg straight up, keep it extended
  3. Drive through the planted heel to lift hips
  4. Keep hips level (no dropping)
  5. Hold 3 seconds, lower with control
