How to do the Pigeon Pose (Glute Stretch)

  1. Start in a tabletop position
  2. Bring one knee forward and place it behind your wrist, shin angled across
  3. Extend the other leg straight back behind you
  4. Keep hips square to the floor
  5. Lower onto your forearms or chest if comfortable
  6. Hold 60 seconds, switch sides

Form tips

  • Place a pillow under the front hip for support
  • Don't force the depth — it builds over time
