How to do the World's Greatest Stretch

  1. Start in a deep lunge with right foot forward
  2. Place left hand on the floor inside your right foot
  3. Rotate your right arm up toward the ceiling
  4. Hold for 2 seconds — feel the twist through your spine
  5. Return hand down, push hips back to straighten right leg
  6. Switch sides
